Event Overview Information:
The event will be held at 210 N. Tyler St. and will include: the 200 block of N Tyler St, the 600 block of E Hefferman, and the 200 block of N Filmore.
A map will be provided to you the week of the event, which will include your booth number and location.
The vendor fee is $25 for all vendors and food trucks, and there will also be a limited amount of non-profit vendor booths that will be available free-of-charge.
Check in/Set-Up:
Check in will start at 3:30 PM and setup will begin at 4:00PM once streets have been closed.
The market will be open from 5:00PM-9:00PM
Vendors must clean-up, and break-down their booth by 10:00PM. The streets are scheduled to be reopened at this time and must not have anything on them that will hinder the flow of traffic.
Vendors must stay until market is over at 9:00PM
Vendors will get 1 10x10 space.
Payment will be accepted via CashApp or in person at: 210 N. Tyler in Beeville, TX.
Vendors will receive an email receipt for all space payments.
Vendor spots will be assigned and designated by the Event Coordinator.
Vendor is responsible to supply their own set-up equipment: table, chairs, power, etc.
**Electricity will not be provided during the event. Vendors must supply their own power source if power is required for their booth.
Texas Sales Tax
Vendors are responsible for all state and federal tax fees.
Ground Rules:

This is a community market and we are looking for antiques, art, trendy clothing, décor, jewelry, collectibles.
The Event Coordinator reserves the right to refuse the rental to any persons it deems necessary, especially for the sale of certain items. The sale of the following items will not be permitted: Avon, Mary Kay, Scentsy, or any other multi-level marketing business model.
Merchandise must be in good, new condition.
Vendor is required to keep their area clean.
Refunds:
Once payment has been received and a vendor space has been confirmed, all refund requests must be reviewed and approved by the Event Coordinator.
Any cancellations made by the Event Coordinator will receive a full refund.
Any refunds for payments that were processed with a credit/debit card will not get a refund on the processing fee.
Market Terms and Conditions
The Terror on Tyler St Event will be held rain or shine, cold or hot. If inclement weather is hazardous and the Event Coordinator decides to cancel, then all vendors will receive a refund of their registration fee. Any refunds for payments that were processed with a credit/debit card will not get a refund on the processing fee.
A separate rental fee must be paid by each vendor participating in the market, and only one vendor will be allowed in each vendor space. Any vendors found to be violating this rule will be asked to leave the market, and refunds will not be issued.
All vendor spaces are located outdoors and most spaces do not have shade. Please plan accordingly and supply your own tent, tables and chairs.
Vendors who will be using canopies will be required to supply weights for their canopy. This will prevent unsecured canopies for causing damage to property or other vendor booths.
No vehicles are permitted inside the barricaded area once the barricades are in place. Do NOT remove the barricades. This is a matter of public safety.
The acceptance of this vendor’s agreement and space rental on city streets constitutes a complete release by Vendor of Owner’s Liability from all claims for injury and damage to persons and property arising out of, or in any way related to, Vendor’s use of the premises, injuries caused by others or injury to persons entering these premises or damage or loss due to fire, theft, breakage, or collision, or articles left in dealers vehicles or on the premises including all costs, expenses, and attorney’s fees incurred by Owner in connection with any such claims.
Product Limits
No fireworks/explosives of any kind shall not be sold by anyone
There will be no sales or giveaways of animals in any form during the event.
We reserve the right to request vendors to remove any item judged unacceptable.
We reserve the right to limit the number of spaces of the same product.
Direct Sales Companies (Avon, Mary Kay, Scentsy, etc.) and Multi-Level Marketing business models will not be allowed at the market
Clean Up
It is your responsibility to clean up your area before leaving. There will be trash cans provided throughout the market area. You may not dump ice, grease, or anything on the ground.
Restroom Facilities
Portable restrooms will be available during the event
VENDORS AGREEMENT
By submitting an application form, I agree to abide by the rules and regulations, which allow me to sell the merchandise described in my vendor application at the market on the terms set forth in this agreement.
